The Neo Wood is built for beginners who are just getting started and need a stick that makes learning easy and enjoyable. Its standard bow—22mm at 300mm—offers a straight, stable shape that supports the fundamentals: hitting, stopping, and passing with control.

Shipping
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the delivery address. It is essential that you enter your information correctly, as it is your responsibility to provide an accurate address for product delivery. Orders are processed and dispatched within two (2) business days of payment confirmation. At Balling, we make every effort to ensure fast and efficient shipping. Upon completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details, including the delivery address you provided. We can update the address as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Shipping Costs: The shipping cost is calculated by entering the corresponding postal code in the shopping cart, where the estimated delivery time is also displayed.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS OF UNDELIVERED ORDERS: If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and is returned to our facilities, we will contact you to coordinate a new shipment. In this case, a new shipping charge will apply.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS: Delivery is made to the address provided by the user. If no one is home at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt a second delivery.
