Shipping
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the delivery address. It is essential that you enter your information correctly, as it is your responsibility to provide an accurate address for product delivery. Orders are processed and dispatched within two (2) business days of payment confirmation. At Balling, we make every effort to ensure fast and efficient shipping. Upon completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details, including the delivery address you provided. If you need to change the shipping address after payment, please contact us immediately at hello@ballinghockey.co.za or via our online chat. We can update the address as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Shipping Costs: The shipping cost is calculated by entering the corresponding postal code in the shopping cart, where the estimated delivery time is also displayed.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS OF UNDELIVERED ORDERS: If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and is returned to our facilities, we will contact you to coordinate a new shipment. In this case, a new shipping charge will apply.
SHIPMENT TRACKING: Once the product has been delivered to the shipping company, you will receive a tracking number and the company's contact information for any questions or to track your order. We recommend keeping this information until you receive your order in order to make any claims if necessary.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS: Delivery is made to the address provided by the user. If no one is home at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt a second delivery. In the event that the courier makes two unsuccessful delivery attempts, they will leave a contact number so you can coordinate delivery directly with them.

Returns

This effect does not affect the durability or performance of the stick.
